Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, has recently adopted Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and is looking for a capable consultant to guide them through the next stage of the journey. This is your chance to:
• Configure Dynamics CRM to best-practice standards that align with real operational needs
• Lead on data migration, working with existing sources such as MailChimp to bring contacts and information into Dynamics with accuracy and structure
• Segment data meaningfully, tagging and grouping contacts into well-defined personas that empower targeted communications
• Set up campaign functionality using templates and automations so the business can launch their own marketing activity with ease in the future
• Deliver a smooth and empowering handover through custom workshops, training sessions, documentation and video resources to support long-term CRM adoption
This is a project with a clear beginning and end, and you will be the go-to expert who makes the system not just functional, but indispensable.
About You
You will bring a mix of technical skill, business insight and a passion for user enablement. Here is what you will be working with:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, where strong configuration and customisation experience is essential
• Marketing systems such as MailChimp, where you will migrate and map data across platforms
• Data segmentation strategy, helping shape personas and tag data for meaningful marketing use
• Campaign setup, building workflows and reusable templates that the internal team can work with long term
• Training and documentation, delivering live workshops or producing how-to videos that leave teams confident and capable
Experience in similar CRM implementation or optimisation projects will be highly valuable, especially if you have supported businesses through the early stages of adoption.
This role can be offered as a contract or fixed-term engagement. We welcome discussions around your preferred working style and availability.
