Day Rate: Competitive (Inside/Outside IR35 depending on determination)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Human Resources Consultant to conduct a review of an existing D365 HR implementation and provide expert recommendations for improvement.This short-term engagement will focus on assessing the current system, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and delivering actionable recommendations to optimise processes, configuration, and overall system performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a comprehensive review of the current Dynamics 365 HR implementationAssess system configuration across core HR areas including:Personnel managementLeave and absenceCompensation and benefitsPerformance managementEvaluate alignment with business requirements and HR best practicesIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesReview data structures, data quality, and reporting capabilitiesAssess integrations with other systems (e.g., Finance, payroll, third-party platforms)Provide recommendations on:System optimisationProcess improvementsConfiguration changesPotential use of additional D365 or Power Platform capabilitiesProduce a clear assessment report and roadmap of recommendationsPresent findings and advise stakeholders on prioritisation and next steps Qualifications:Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Dynamics 365 HR / Human Resources ConsultantStrong experience reviewing or auditing existing D365 implementationsDeep understanding of HR processes and D365 HR functionalityAbility to identify gaps and provide practical, business-focused recommendationsExperience with system optimisation and continuous improvement initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Additional Information:Contract DetailsContract Length: 2 MonthsEngagement Type: Day Rate ContractLocation: Flexible / Remote (UK)Start Date: Immediate or as soon as availableAt TelefĂłnica Tech, we believe inclusion is the bridge that empowers everyone to be their authentic selves.
