Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator – Customer Service works cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will manage inbound sales calls, maintain accurate inventory levels, generate purchase and repair orders, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and speed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to meet or exceed expectations.
Rental Sales Process: Execute the full rental sales cycle, from answering inbound calls to proactive outbound solicitation, driving new leads and expanding the customer base.
Inventory Coordination: Partner with Maintenance and Asset Management to monitor and adjust rental truck inventory, guaranteeing sufficient equipment is available to meet demand.
Workflow & Scheduling Optimization: Create and manage daily schedules, workflow plans, and productivity trackers to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation & Order Generation: Accurately generate purchase orders, repair orders, and maintain comprehensive files for all transactions.
Parts & Cost Management: Contribute to cost containment by overseeing parts inventory, managing warranty claims, and supporting procurement activities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities align with local, state, federal, and arenaflex policies, as well as industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, suggest enhancements, and participate in team initiatives to elevate service quality.
Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors that support the overall mission of arenaflex’s Supply Chain Solutions division.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; further education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, or related logistics roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for delivering clear, persuasive messaging.
