Key Responsibilities Utilize our Shop C3 Program to increase sales, hospitality, operations, people management, and conversion optimization. Drive sales by crafting an inspiring shopping ambiance that motivates customers to discover new products and add them to their baskets. Regularly communicate with employees to ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of sales goals and expectations. Provide supportive measures to sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and overall operational processes as requested. Ensure that customers are acknowledged, appreciated, and valued. Capitalize on omni-channel options to ensure a hassle-free customer experience. Faithfully execute our operational routines, covering BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, and SFS, to deliver superior customer experiences. Essential Functions As an Inventory Operations Associate, you'll be required to: Operate standard office equipment, such as computers and printers, and use software programs like word processing, spreadsheet, and email programs. Have accurate data entry skills and proficiency with a variety of computer software applications. Possess knowledge of proper file management procedures. Demonstrate proficiency in time management and maintain prompt and consistent attendance. Adapt to the dress code expectations and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards. Work collectively with others and establish positive relationships within a team. Manage time effectively to complete tasks swiftly and proficiently in a dynamic work environment. Successfully complete training initiatives offered by the company. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Basic math and reading aptitudes, legible handwriting, and basic computer know-how. Capability to manage and communicate using various frequency devices, portable scanners, and other technological devices as per instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and weekdays. Ability to execute duties as per the requirements described in the Physical Qualifications section. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the proficiency to persuade others with concise and articulate messaging. An innate interest in discovering new information; an inherent desire to acquire knowledge. Physical Requirements The role demands: Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as occasionally handling heavier objects that may necessitate two people for safe handling. Frequent kneeling and twisting. The capability to be on one's feet and/or ambulate for the entire duration of a scheduled shift (which must exceed 8 hours). The skill to verify information via visual inspection and identify and examine goods. The aptitude to wear a mask or shield over the face and other safeguarding equipment. Potential to sustain exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions while carrying out duties, including curbside and truck unload.
