Project Management: Ensuring all related IT/Technology services and projects are handled smoothly and on time.
Reporting & KPI Management: Controlling financial KPIs and presenting general KPIs to management, identifying and reporting new business opportunities.
Networking & Market Intelligence: Establishing a strong network to collect market and business trend information.
Team Leadership: Managing your team effectively to ensure all operations, services, and projects are under control.
Requirements
Proven experience in management or team leading.
Sales, marketing, and/or business development experience.
Strong understanding of businesses in the IT/Technology sector.
Knowledge of financial KPIs.
Skills
Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a self-starter.
Action and results-oriented with strong communication skills.

Additional Information
This role requires willingness to travel within the US.
While the role is primarily remote, preference will be given to candidates near Cincinnati, Ohio.
