A Moving Experience.Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Expert to lead and enhance our DevOps ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing platforms such as GitLab and JFrog Artifactory, overseeing RBAC governance, and provisioning team workspaces (including Jira projects, Entra groups, resource groups, Kubernetes namespaces, and quotas). The position also plays a key role in standardizing DevOps practices and mentoring teams in GitOps adoption, acting as a technical reference to drive automation, security, and operational excellence across the organization.Responsibilities:Maintain and manage GitLab and JFrog Artifactory for version control and artifact storageOversee Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure security and complianceHelp different sqauds onboarding new projects within our Kubernetes environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve DevOps objectivesEnsure and promote compliance with industry standards and regulations (FR/NFR)Provide mentorship and guidance, both internally and externally, on GitOps best practicesKnowledge Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar roleProven experience managing GitLab and JFrog Artifactory at scaleDeep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and production operations, including networking, security (RBAC), secret management, and scalabilityHands-on experience with FluxCD, and GitOps principlesProficiency in Java, Python, and GoStrong understanding of DevOps practices and methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProficiency with relevant tools and softwareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassion pour la transmission du savoir et le mentorat dans le domaine du GitOpsDescription du poste :Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) DevOps hautement qualifié(e) et expérimenté(e) pour occuper un rôle clé au sein de notre organisation.
