The Position
We are currently seeking a Due Diligence Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the due diligence coordination, inspection, and report creation process.
Responsibilities
Proofread, revise, edit, and produce due diligence reports within strict deadlines.
Assist in coordinating schedules and onsite inspections of file auditors, unit walkers, and vendor inspections.
Maintain request lists, ensuring revisions are made per provided items, and manage multiple Dropbox accounts.
Keep various internal databases up to date with the latest information.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in progress simultaneously, demonstrating organizational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines.
Employ problem-solving skills when faced with complex situations, ensuring follow-up until tasks are fully completed.
Interact with colleagues, other management companies, and clients in a professional and appropriate manner.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, occasionally outside of standard work hours.
Qualifications
Previous experience in multifamily is required.
Assistant Manager or Community Manager experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities are a must.
