Position Summary
The Duals Healthcare Quality Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting our HEDIS team, managing various projects and tasks to meet Medicare Stars, Accreditation, and Quality Withhold performance goals. As a subject matter expert, you'll provide mentorship and guidance to HEDIS Coordinator staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the coordination and preparation of the annual HEDIS hybrid project
Facilitate and participate in team meetings to strategize and prioritize opportunities to meet performance goals
Support the onboarding and training of annual HEDIS Coordinator staff
Assist with year-round HEDIS activities to support project setup
Complete tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager during the HEDIS hybrid project
Utilize various systems to access measure reporting and populations
Support the development and implementation of activities to improve HEDIS and Star ratings
Collaborate with the National Quality team to support member and provider initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HEDIS
Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars measures
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work extended hours as needed during the annual HEDIS hybrid project
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 3-5 years of experience
Compensation and Benefits:
