Who We Need:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Lead. This role demands deep strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution across web optimization (WordPress), email marketing (Klaviyo), social media ads (Meta, TikTok), and AI-enhanced content production.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive assistant, collaborating closely with internal design and development teams, ensuring quality control, and driving significant business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive DTC marketing strategies (email, social, direct mail, funnels).
Optimize our WordPress-based websites through analytics, heatmaps, and UX audits.
Strategize and manage high-performing email campaigns in Klaviyo.
Create, launch, and optimize targeted social media ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok).
Lead quality control to ensure all marketing outputs meet exceptional standards.
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva) to accelerate and improve marketing efforts.
Regularly report performance analytics, clearly communicating results and next steps.
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in DTC marketing, ideally in regulated wellness industries.
Strong expertise in WordPress optimization, analytics tools, and conversion-focused UX/UI.
Demonstrated proficiency with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics.
Exceptional copywriting skills for emails, landing pages, and ads.
Excellent at managing team outputs, standing firmly for quality without corporate bureaucracy.
Comfortable operating independently, responding promptly in CST timezone.
Bonus if You Have:
Experience specifically with kratom, hemp, or supplements.
Advanced knowledge of funnel optimization, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies.
Compensation:
Competitive fixed base pay.
