DT Project Manager Intern Summer

Join RTX as a summer 2026 intern in Digital Technology Program Management, applying project management and agile principles in a hybrid role based in Cedar Rapids, IA. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Facilitate project tasks with various functional organizations. • Perform project forecasting, track progress, identify and recommend resolutions, and escalate project problems. • Create test cases and lead testing sessions. • Apply project management and agile principles including financial, scope, and schedule management to ensure on-time delivery.• Manage multiple project aspects through organization, prioritization, and time management. • Utilize critical problem solving, variance, and root cause analysis techniques. • Summarize and present key information to stakeholders and senior leadership for decision-making. • Participate in continuous process improvement and CORE initiatives. • Collaborate across teams and organizations. About YouThe company is looking for: • High School Diploma or equivalent; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract. • Proficiency with bolthires Office and collaboration tools preferred. • Strong collaboration skills. • Experience with data collection, analysis, and assessment preferred. Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $37,000 - $82,000 USD, based on experience and other factors. • Eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.• Potential eligibility for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs based on performance and business factors.
