The recruitment process will be carried out in English, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified. What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes
Manage all operational activities in Medan office from driver partner acquisition and onboarding, order fulfillment, and driver education
Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles
Monitor drivers operations support activities on making callout, sticker installation, and distribute drivers attributes
Collaborate with Marketing team for driver's lead generations activities
Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives What we seek:
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good analytical and problem solving skill
Able to meet the target determined by company
Able to work under pressure and capable to adapt in any given organizational changes What you'll need:
Graduate from reputable university majoring in management, operations or any related field
Fluent in English would be preferrable
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department
Have experience in leading and managing small team
Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
Willing to be placed in Medan (Sumatra Utara) Additional Information
