Millions of drivers and customers use our technology every day to connect with one another and move things that matter.Job SummaryThe Manual Auto-Assignment Associate will support Lalamove’s real-time order-matching operations by manually assigning ride or delivery bookings to available partner drivers. This role is critical in addressing system limitations, especially during high-demand periods, and improving overall response and fulfillment rates to enhance customer satisfaction.What you’ll do:● Monitor high-priority and low-supply zones during peak hours.●
Manually assign bookings to appropriate partner drivers in real-time using internal tools.●
Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of matched and unmatched orders.●
Document issues that hinder successful matching (e.g., unresponsive drivers, system glitches).●
Support reporting needs related to response rate, match rate, and performance of manual intervention.●
Provide insights and feedback to optimize the manual matching process.●
Maintain communication etiquette and data confidentiality in all assignmentsWhat you’ll need:
●
College graduate or currently pursuing a degree (preferred but not required).●
Experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or operations is an advantage.●
Familiarity with the Lalamove platform or ride-hailing/delivery operations is a plus.●
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.●
Comfortable working with dashboards and basic reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).●
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, especially during peak hours.(Project-Based Employment)
