The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring new drivers are effectively integrated into our system and providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth transition into their new role. Application Review: Assess driver applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
Background Checks: Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
Support and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new drivers during the onboarding process and address queries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and driver documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with local government regulations and company policies.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process. What we seek Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficientlyTechnology savvyAvailability to work 5 days a week What you’ll need Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatoryExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
