We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drinking Water Project Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for water planning and design projects. As a key member of our growing drinking water business, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including PFAS planning and design, groundwater treatment, water supply design, and climate change resiliency planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide delivery leadership and team mentoring to ensure successful project outcomes
Lead pursuits and serve as a technical resource on projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth
Collaborate with our team of subject matter experts and design disciplines to deliver innovative water projects
Develop and implement strategies for the water market sector in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho
Lead client and internal meetings to advance project work, utilizing your exceptional communication skills
Prepare written reports and technical memorandums to document analyses and recommendations

A competitive salary range of $123,000 - $169,000 per year, depending on location and experience

Requirements:
M.S. or B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in drinking water planning, design, and implementation
P.E. or ability to obtain a P.E. in Washington and/or Oregon
Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical reports
Ability to work in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams
