Document Prep - Remote hourly, 40+ hrs/ week
We are a growing Tax Resolution Company in search of a detail oriented and efficient documentation specialist who can help our team of CPAs and EA’s in the administrative process. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a fast paced work environment, has a strong work ethic and is able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You will be supporting management and accounting professionals.
Offer Tax has a unique focus on helping individuals, families and businesses navigate current tax laws to solve, reduce or eliminate tax obligation issues. Dealing with the IRS and State Agencies on tax issues can be a challenging process as clients do not have the specialized tax knowledge necessary to negotiate an agreeable outcome. You would need to be able to handle a high volume of documents and responsible for filing and storing them into the necessary software and storage systems utilized by the company. Your role must be handled with care and efficiency, as you will be relied upon to document highly sensitive information and do so quickly.
