Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.50 Position Summary The responsibilities of this position are to support the Document Control and Quality Assurance Departments by assisting with label design and formatting, completing tasks within the Document Management System, carrying out departmental requests and scanning, filing and uploading documents. Perform document review as needed. This is a temporary position with an estimated assignment duration of 9 months. This role is not eligible for full-time Bio-Techne benefits. Key Responsibilities Assist with label design and formatting Assist with label printing and printing issues Complete basic tasks within the Document Management System (DMS). Upload, process, and route documents and labels File and organize documents Organize and maintain the shared data folder for the department Scan and upload documents including validations, batch records, and more Collaborate across functions Understand appropriate lab protocols and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) including regulatory awareness of chemical handling and hazards, compliance, and proper use of equipment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and up to 5 years of relevant experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Document Management Systems and filing system Knowledge of safety and company procedures and practices Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and completing data retrieval and data entry Demonstrate problem solving skills Ability to be flexible Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects Must have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required Must work well both independently and in a team environment Demonstrate company values in daily work Why Join Bio-Techne: We offer competitive insurance benefits starting on day one: medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, pet, and legal and ID shield.
