As we expand into new verticals, including an upcoming men's health platform, we’re hiring world-class talent across product design, front-end and back-end engineering, digital marketing, and operations management to join us early and help build the next generation of virtual healthcare experiences.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Doctor QA Specialist to ensure the highest standard of patient care through consistent, accurate, and compliant doctor-patient communication.This role is not a traditional Patient Success position. Instead, it focuses on quality assurance, compliance, and communication excellence across provider messaging.The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to evaluate whether medical responses are clear, appropriate, and aligned with company standards.Key Responsibilities1. Doctor Messaging Quality AssuranceReview doctor-patient messages across platforms to ensure:Patient questions are clearly and fully answeredResponses are medically appropriate and aligned with internal protocolsMessaging is human, empathetic, and not overly reliant on canned responsesIdentify inconsistencies in tone, clarity, or care quality2. Compliance & StandardizationEnsure all communication aligns with:Clinical guidelinesCompany policiesRegulatory requirementsFlag any compliance risks or deviations3. Feedback & Continuous ImprovementProvide structured feedback to providers and internal teamsIdentify recurring issues or patterns in communicationRecommend improvements to templates, workflows, and messaging standard4.
