Job location For this role you can work remotely anywhere in Canada combined with willingness to travel to meet the team on-site from time to time in our Toronto office. Your Responsibilities Provide ongoing administration and support for SAP systems, including performing system refreshes, upgrades, and patches. Manage SAP client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations. Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of SAP environments. Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems, including reviewing logs, analyzing system alerts, and resolving issues promptly. Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization levels in line with security policies. Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security standards and implement best practices for user access control. Perform security audits, implement security patches, and monitor system vulnerabilities to ensure data protection. Ensure proper system configurations for optimal performance, including configuring SAP systems, instances, and application servers. Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP Fioneer software products. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP Basis Administration, coupled with a relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome Supporting ITSM Platforms Hands-on experience in providing L1/L2 support Keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools Fluent in English Benefits You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector.
