District Operations Supervisor - HVAC Service

Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC companyThe District Operations Supervisor will be responsible for providing progressive supervision and service operations oversight to the district service office for Daikin Applied. This role will provide leadership to the service operations team, including overseeing the fulfillment process for work sold by Service Sales Representatives and ensure the customers' requirements are met. The District Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring revenue, profit, and operational efficiencies are met. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Onsite role based out of the Tampa Service Office with occasional local travel to customers and job sitesWhat you will do:Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reportingSupports sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation. Approves estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content, assesses profit risk of jobs, controls material and labor costs and provides feedback to the District ManagerEstablishes project timelines, meets with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedule. Manages projects, assigns personnel, oversees ordering of equipment and material, and assures that proper customer sign-offs are secured per corporate policy requirementsOversees quotation of call-in work, transactional sales (not requiring SSR skills), and assigns personnel as needed to ensure that quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basisProvides consistent interface with current customer base and establishes effective working relationships in order to identify additional selling opportunitiesEnsures that maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time. Provides input to Service Coordinator on scheduling activity of techniciansSupports under direction of District ManagerWorks with the technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
