District Channel Manager

At American Express, we are looking for a highly motivated and dependable District Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, along with strong communication and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for managing the American Express brand in their designated district, engaging with customers and partners to develop business, and driving sales.The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and a minimum of three years of sales or marketing experience. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has excellent problem solving and relationship building skills. Responsibilities:

Manage the American Express brand in the designated district, including developing relationships with customers and partners.
Drive sales and increase brand visibility through marketing initiatives.
Provide customer service, troubleshoot customer issues, and resolve customer complaints.
Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest new marketing ideas.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback.
Maintain a positive and professional public image of the company.
Oversee the budget and ensure all expenses are within allocated limits.
Work with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales plans.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a product is aligned with company goals and objectives.
