Distribution Specialist, HVAC/R - Water Leisure
Regal Rexnord is seeking a Distribution Specialist, HVAC/R – Water Leisure, who will lead and drive sales growth by pull-through business to our distribution channels for Residential & Commercial HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, Pump / Water Moving, and General Industries market spaces in our Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment.
Requirements
• 5+ years of HVAC/R or Leisure Water sales/service relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of personal initiative and ownership of results (Sales performance & sales-driven targets)
• Strong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Must reside in the territory
