Position Title: Distributed Canvass Program Director
Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of Programs
Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $96,000, depending on experience and skill sets
Job Classification: Full time, exempt
Schedule: Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)
Location: Remote, some travel may be required

Position Summary
Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of Distributed Canvass Program Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing innovative remote canvassing programs. Distributed Canvass Program Directors will remotely oversee all members of their project teams, evaluate the program's effectiveness, and collaborate directly with the operations, data, and briefing teams to execute a high-quality and efficient program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the project team, overseeing all aspects of hiring, briefing, and team member accountability
Cultivate an inclusive culture that fosters learning and professional growth for every team member
Supervise the planning, execution, and performance of each project, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient results
Maintain close communication and engagement with client stakeholders in partnership with RFS leadership
Ensure adherence to reporting and accountability protocols, delivering up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership
Undertake additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a campaign, advocacy, or organizing environment
Highly organized, with the ability to actively manage project goals and operations with the ability to multitask without compromising the quality of work
Capable of motivating and managing a diverse group of staff
Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
Must possess a cell phone and laptop
Familiarity with Google Suite and VAN is preferred
Experience managing in a remote environment is preferred
