Disposition Manager / On-Market Acquisitions Specialist (Remote)
We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a Disposition Manager / On-Market Acquisitions Specialist to help us build strong buyer relationships and secure deals from on-market properties. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, understands real estate basics, and knows how to follow up, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with buyers and agents. Disposition / Buyer Relations • Call and follow up with cash buyers and investors • Build and maintain a strong buyers list • Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers • Send deals to buyers and collect feedback • Coordinate deal flow and buyer interest On-Market Acquisitions • Call agents regarding on-market properties • Analyze deals and determine offer ranges • Submit offers and follow up consistently • Build rapport with listing agents Requirements • Strong phone communication skills (this is a calling role) • Real estate knowledge (investing, wholesaling, or MLS experience preferred) • Comfortable talking to buyers, agents, and investors • Organized and detail-oriented • Consistent follow-up mindset • Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar is a plus) • Reliable internet and quiet work environment Nice to Have (But Not Required) • Previous Disposition Manager or Acquisitions experience • Experience calling on-market listings • Understanding of ARV, comps, and deal analysis • Experience working with U.S. real estate investors Compensation • Base pay + performance bonuses OR • Commission per closed deal (structure discussed during interview) • Growth opportunities as the company scales Schedule • Flexible hours (U.S. business hours preferred) • Remote position How to Apply Please apply with: • A short description of your real estate experience • Any previous role related to acquisitions, dispositions, or investor relations (Optional but preferred) A short voice recording introducing yourself Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
