About Us Anytime Plumbing 365 LLC is a fast-growing plumbing and HVAC service company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We specialize in residential service, emergency response, and high-volume daily dispatch operations. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Dispatcher who can manage calls, scheduling, and technician coordination in a fast-paced service environment. Position Overview The Dispatcher is responsible for answering inbound customer calls, gathering service information, scheduling appointments, and coordinating technicians to ensure efficient daily operations. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive and our customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls and accurately enter customer information into the system • Schedule and sketch appointments for customers and technicians • Assign and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job priority • Monitor technician routes, arrival times, and job progress • Coordinate with technicians regarding job locations, time changes, and updates • Manage urgent and same-day service requests • Maintain accurate records of all appointments and service activity • Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times Qualifications • Prior dispatch, call center, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred • Experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home service industries is a strong plus • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Comfortable working with scheduling software, CRM systems, and multiple phone lines • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace required What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) • Stable full-time remote position • Training and long-term growth opportunities • Supportive and fast-growing company culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,444.56 - $70,384.85 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
