Dispatcher /Not a Remote Position/
• Dispatching installers to jobs • Scheduling emergency calls and multi-day installs. • Schedule jobs based on customer issue, tech specialty and geographic efficiency • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments and installs • Effectively communicate job information to technicians and installers • HVAC or Plumbing dispatch experience preferred • Customer service experience preferred • Able to work with very minimal supervision • Ability to interact well with all employees and perform as a team player is essential • Possess excellent communication skills and maintain a pleasant, friendly demeanor • Possess strong attention to detail and able to multi-task • Have strong computer and tech ability.
