Small local Reidsville North Carolina company searching for a dependable dispatcher to oversee incoming calls and track service technicians' movements via GPS. Thus, keeping up with call status, workflow, completion rates etc etc of techinicians in the field under their care and direction.
We service the food industry by providing technical support for professional grade new/used baking and cooking "kitchen" equipment.
We provide support for local grocery stores in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and install equipment throughout the United States and we are currently seeking to grow into other states where our service has been requested, but we need you to make this possible.
The successful dispatch candidate will guide/direct the service technicians under their supervision while keeping an eye on all they handle via GPS systems, text messaging, phone calls and specialized software keeping the technicians guided with purpose.
Must work well with minimal direction and be motivated to be successful yet work well with others in office setting.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am/5pm
Must know how to motivate their teammates to reach company and group goals in order keep our customers serviced and well cared for.
Must be well organized, punctual, kind, considerate of others and well versed in technology (laptops iPads, cell phones, desktops, software etc. etc.)
Being a positive, strong, upbeat, pleasant, team lead is a must. We understand life can be difficult, but we expect our service to others to be done with professionalism.
Although working dispatch will be the primary focus, the successful candidate will understand succuss is a team effort and therefore be willing to help others in the office freely to maintain office timelines, business goals etc. etc. that come with a small growing business regardless the inner office department boundaries.
