Disney Vacation Club, a leader in vacation ownership, debuted in 1991 with a flexible, vacation points-based system rather than the traditional fixed-week timeshare model. Today, Disney Vacation Club has more than 250,000 member families, from all 50 states and approximately 100 countries, who have discovered the joys of membership. The Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all Members and Guests while extending operational support to site Sales Leaders and onsite Teams. You will collaborate with and support the Operations Leadership, Sales, and Advanced Sales Team in supporting the Cast. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, reporting, collateral and inventory management, managing sales rotation line-ups, and coordinating Sales Counselors in all in-market locations. As front-line Cast Members, they are expected to demonstrate the Disney difference when greeting and assisting all Guests. Furthermore, this role also delivers superior Guest service, answering inbound phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, and directing Guests appropriately. You will also assign tasks, issue and audit daily sales incentives, and work within other areas of the operation. You will report to the Sales Support & Services Manager. This is a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the operation is show-ready
• Maintain the model tour log and coordinate with Security partners as needed
• Adjust operational flow based on Guest demand and real-time business needs
• Monitor equipment, technology, and systems, promptly notifying the appropriate partners of any issues
• Support Guest situations with empathy and professionalism, including service recovery when needed
• Communicate operational updates, challenges, and process‑improvement opportunities to Leadership
• Coordinate transportation of Sales Counselors and materials across all Disney Vacation Club locations throughout the Resort
• Assist with reporting, inventory & collateral management, sales rotation line-ups, and other operational tasks that support the Sales and Advanced Sales Teams
• Provide exceptional service to all Members and Guests, both in person and over the phone, ensuring every interaction reflects the Disney difference

Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably customer-facing
• 1+ years of experience working in an office environment
• A valid California driver’s license and comfort driving an extended passenger van to transport Guests to the preview center
• Experience managing conflict with professionalism and guiding situations toward resolution
• Ability to lift and transport materials up to 10 lbs. as needed for daily operations
• Strong commitment to handling confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and comfort learning and navigating additional technologies used in the operation
• Schedule availability that includes weekends, variable shifts, and holidays to support business needs
• High school degree or equivalent

Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience as a Manager, Coordinator, or Trainer, demonstrating leadership and operational awareness
• Familiarity with the Disney Vacation Club product and an understanding of how to communicate its value to Guests and Members
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
