Disney Signature Experiences Sales Intern, Summer 2025

The Disney Signature Experiences Intern Program is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences businesses (Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, Emerging Businesses, Disney Institute)!
This internship position is based in Orlando, Florida.
What You Will Do
As a Disney Signature Experiences Sales intern, you will support the team with current projects providing phenomenal guest service. Some of the responsibilities will include:
Focus on sales related work
Work on a project that will impact the business
Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
Assist Disney Vacation Club Sales team with engaging potential clients
Problem-solve and collaborate
Collect insights from industry leaders on how we create unforgettable experiences
Work with communications team
Upon completion of the internship, interns could be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2026.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Sales, Communications and/or Customer Service Experience
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively (verbally and visually)
Handle multiple tasks and activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Self-Starter with the ability to work on a fast paced, flexible team
Work in outdoor elements within Theme Parks and/or Resorts
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for the Disney brand
Education
Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2025) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
This internship is from May-August 2025
Must be 18 years of age
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Program
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
The internship is primarily an on-site position.
Able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the Orlando, FL area
