This role is pivotal in supporting our operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical business data. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately input and update data into Disneys database systems and platforms. Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company data security policies. Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. Generate reports as needed and assist in data audits. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Exceptional typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management software. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Experience Minimum 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a remote setting. Experience working for a large corporate environment or entertainment/media sector is a plus. Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible working hours, generally Monday through Friday. Ability to adhere to deadlines and maintain consistent daily productivity. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong data management and organizational capabilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the discipline to work remotely. Adaptable and open to learning new tools and software as required.
