Accurately enter large volumes of data into our systems in a timely manner
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Ensure proper formatting and consistency across databases
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with maintaining and updating databases
Provide data-related reports when needed
Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with data entry, administrative support, or related roles is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
