Job Description… As a Disney Plus Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our platform by reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines and standards. This position is ideal for college students looking to gain valuable experience in content moderation while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content, including comments, reviews, and posts, to ensure compliance with Disney Plus community guidelines. Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in content moderation decisions. Take appropriate action on flagged content, including editing, removing, or escalating as necessary. Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and concerns regarding content moderation decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging issues and improve moderation processes. Requirements: Currently enrolled as a college student. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Disney brand and content preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $28.
