Job Title: Litigation Discovery Clerk Type of Position: FULL TIME Hours: REMOTE: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time Pay: $22 - $44 an hour Job Description: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates; Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets; Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures; Assembling and organizing client’s files; Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers Providing status updates to clients Drafting request letters Qualifications: Proficient in English Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to keep and follow an efficient calendar Attention to detail Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all communications Ability to meet deadlines and quotas Ability to multitask Ability to work independently and on a team Education and/or Experience: Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
