As a highly skilled case management professional, you will provide exceptional support to employees navigating leave of absence and disability life events. Key Responsibilities:


Serve as a single point of contact for employees throughout their leave of absence or disability event, providing holistic case management services and support.
Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and disability events, benefits, and options available to employees.
Review medical documentation to adjudicate leaves in compliance with leave plans, federal and state laws, and benefit plans.
Critically assess and adjust case management plans to meet changing employee needs.
Troubleshoot issues, address sensitive situations, and facilitate smooth return-to-work and ramp-back plans.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Benefits, and Payroll, to ensure seamless case management.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in customer service, Human Resource management, or Case management/Leave & Disability management.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Preferred Qualifications:


Basic US legislation Leave of Absence, Disability, and/or Accommodations knowledge (ADA/ADAAA and FMLA).
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior Leave and/or Accommodations experience.
