Oversee the development and implementation of CRM audience and channel reporting strategies to support Pfizer's mission and business goals.
Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to audience engagement and channel effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and IT to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform CRM strategies and drive business growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM analytics and reporting to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality data and reporting capabilities.
Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Train and mentor team members on CRM analytics and reporting techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and align on reporting standards and methodologies.
