Director, Strategic Learning Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days virtual) Estimated Travel: 20-25% Position Overview The Director, Strategic Learning Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company is pivotal role in supporting us to create a best-in-class learning environment that aligns with our purpose to refresh the world and make a difference. This role is essential in creating an engaging, personalized, and impactful learning culture where employees thrive. The Director will lead consultation and design with internal clients, interpreting their vision to craft transformative learning experiences that drives business impact. This role requires a human-centered approach to learning design, discerning between issues best solved through learning interventions and those needing broader solutions. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities β€’ Strategic Learning Consultancy: β€’ Provide expert consultancy and advisory services to internal partners (e.g., Talent & Development COE Leads, Enterprise Capability Leads, and prioritized functional capability leaders) on all things learning & development. β€’ Guide clients within the business on creating transformative learning products for their internal consumers, diagnosing the problem, and then designing relevant solutions, including a measurement strategy to determine return on investment. β€’ Stakeholder Relationship Management: β€’ Foster and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to diagnose workplace skill gaps and evaluate learning opportunities. β€’ Advise our learning community company-wide about how best to create learning products for their internal consumers. β€’ Maintain a finger on the pulse of learning needs and learner sentiment within the organization, regularly connecting and empathizing with employees. β€’ Holistic Learning Solutions: β€’ Approach business problems with a holistic perspective, envisioning fully blended solutions that include experience and exposure, i.e. not just e-learning. β€’ Leverage Human-Centered Design to create impactful learning experiences, always putting the learner at the center of design. β€’ Vendor Management: β€’ Procure and manage external learning development vendors to ensure effective design, implementation, and evaluation of learning products. β€’ Act as an intermediary with learning delivery partners to enable seamless delivery of learning products and services. β€’ Problem Diagnosis: β€’ Qualifications & Requirements β€’ 8-10 years’ experience as learning and development leader/consultant. β€’ Experienced in design thinking / human centered design. β€’ Experienced in consulting with and advising stakeholders. β€’ Experienced in working with third party vendors to develop custom programs. Experience in working in a COE, matrixed learning organization, managing key projects and leading a significant component of the leadership / learning agenda. β€’ Depth of subject matter expertise, industry best practices, and global trends relevant to workforce development and employee experience. β€’ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy. β€’ Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Skills Leadership; Educational Consulting; Learning and Development (L&D) Strategy; Talent Development; Design Thinking; Learning Technology; Needs Assessment; Stakeholder Engagement; Learning and Development (L&D); Stakeholder Management; Teamwork; Vendor Management; Learning Management; Organizational Consulting; Content Development Pay Range:$143,600 - $164,700 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
