Job description
We are looking for a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead and drive complex presales engagements globally across enterprise customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance & IT stakeholders, supporting global sales cycles by shaping solution strategy, value positioning, and technical scoping for our treasury and payments platform.This is a globally scoped role, partnering with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams across regions to support pipeline growth, deal execution, and longâterm customer success.
Job requirements
10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, Treasury, FinTech, Payments, or Enterprise SaaSProven experience selling or positioning treasury, payments, or financial software solutions to enterprise customersStrong understanding of cash management, bank connectivity, payments, or financial workflowsHandsâon experience supporting complex presales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regionsExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to engage confidently with Câlevel and senior decisionâmakersStrong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technology into business valueComfortable working in a global, fastâpaced SaaS environmentNice to haveBackground as a treasury practitioner or financial systems expert (TMS, ERP, Payments)Experience with global payment standards or bank connectivity modelsExposure to multiâphase enterprise implementationsExperience contributing to analyst briefings, white papers, or industry thought leadership

Own and lead endâtoâend solutions consulting and presales engagements for complex global enterprise opportunitiesEngage with prospects to deeply understand treasury, payments, cash management, and bank connectivity challengesDesign and deliver useâcase driven demos, solution workshops, and executive presentationsSupport RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, implementation approach, and SOW inputWork closely with Sales to support valueâbased selling and ARR growthBuild and present business cases, ROI/value narratives, and executive summariesCollaborate with Product Management by feeding customer requirements and market insights into roadmap prioritiesPartner with Onboarding and Customer teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to implementationRepresent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and strategic conversations
