About the position The Director of Security Governance, Risk and Compliance at CSG is responsible for implementing the global information security strategy and managing enterprise security compliance. This role involves overseeing security risk management, directing teams in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance, Data Privacy Operations, and Identity Security functions. The position requires a blend of technical and business security knowledge, strong leadership, and communication skills to shape and grow a comprehensive security program on a global scale. Responsibilities • Oversee a staff of security professionals and provide guidance on security practices and solutions. • Develop and maintain the information security management system and enforce policies and requirements. • Create and manage the security governance and compliance strategy and roadmap. • Lead the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, evolving the GRC practice. • Utilize data-driven approaches for security and risk management, including metrics and benchmarks. • Manage financial analysis, business case creation, and budget management related to security functions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, MIS, or related field. • 10+ years of IT experience with direct information security experience. • 5+ years of IT management experience. • 5+ years of governance, risk, and compliance experience. • Relevant IT and/or security certifications such as CISSP, PCIP, PCI QSA. • Expert knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations applicable to large global organizations.
