Job Title - Director, Scientific Advisor, In Vivo Pharmacology

Job Responsibilites
Engage in consultative technical discussions with clients and ensure timely, effective communication with the WuXi Biologics technical team to drive project success and maintain high client satisfaction.
Build and maintain a strong customer network to support long‑term growth.
Contribute to technical development initiatives, including process improvements and new platform development.
Partner with marketing to shape strategy and execute sales/marketing events.
Qualifications
Doctor degree in biology or related field
10+ years of hands-on in vivo pharmacology experience, with deep expertise in diverse animal models and comprehensive knowledge of PK, PD, and toxicology studies across multiple species, including non-human primates.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and matrix structure
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000
