Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Director - Sales Hunter in Hitech Accounts to lead business development, growth, and expansion in the Hi-Tech industry. As a Director - Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for building and executing an account plan, managing existing business, and identifying new opportunities to introduce our BPO outsourcing services, Global Business Services, and Global Delivery Model to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive business growth and expansion in assigned Hi-Tech accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level client contacts and key influencers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing contacts and connections
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support proposal creation and presentation
Ensure client delivery assurance and fulfillment of commitments
Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and intelligence to inform business decisions
Provide client introductions, customer maps, and organization charts to support account planning
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
11+ years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of success
Experience in BPO outsourcing, management consulting, and business consulting
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of growing BPO outsourcing business footprint within named Hi-Tech accounts
Knowledge of Hi-Tech industry trends and insights
Experience managing and communicating with large international teams
Global Delivery Model experience
Business Development Manager experience in a rapidly growing client relationship
