Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)

5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management
,
A proven track record of leading successful teams
,
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
,
Proven track record of achieving growth targets
