Lead end-to-end production of physical music products (CD, vinyl, box sets, special editions), managing timelines from concept through manufacturing and global distribution (Mercury/Big Loud embed) Oversee vendor relationships with pressing plants, print vendors, and packaging suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, creative, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product specs with artist vision and release strategies Manage production budgets, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or brand standards Supervise artwork production, mechanicals, and prepress processes, ensuring accuracy of packaging, credits, and legal requirements Forecast manufacturing needs and mitigate risks related to supply chain constraints, capacity, and materials availability Drive innovation in physical formats, including deluxe packaging, sustainable materials, and fan-focused collectible products Maintain quality control standards across all physical releases, resolving production issues and implementing continuous improvement processes Coordinate international production and distribution logistics, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and timelines Perks Playlist: Join an entrepreneurial, global organization where authenticity, boldness, creativity, connection, drive, and insight aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day.
