Dave is leading the charge in creating a new era of credit products that prioritizes speed, affordability, and accessibility, making it the go-to financial partner for those who need it most.Dave is hiring a Director of Product Management, Growth to lead the product strategy behind how members discover, activate, and adopt Dave’s expanding portfolio of financial products.You’ll own the full member growth journey - from the moment someone enters our funnel to the moment they become a deeply engaged, multi-product member. This role leads a team of product managers focused on funnel optimization, personalization, and member incentives while partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data to build durable growth systems.This is a role for someone who treats growth as a craft: thoughtful experimentation, strong analytical judgment, and a clear understanding of how product decisions translate into real business outcomes.What You’ll Build and OwnLead product strategy for Dave’s member growth lifecycle, including activation, engagement, and multi-product adoptionGuide and grow a team of product managers responsible for funnel optimization, personalization, and subscription or incentive mechanicsDevelop experimentation frameworks that help the team test ideas quickly while generating reliable learningUse cohort analysis and behavioral data to identify opportunities that improve activation, retention, and long-term member valuePartner closely with marketing to strengthen the product and martech foundation supporting user acquisition and lifecycle engagementShape cross-product experiences that help members discover the next most valuable step in their relationship with DaveThe ImpactYour work will help millions of members access fair, transparent financial products while strengthening Dave’s long-term growth as a multi-product platform.What We’re Looking ForExperience and Foundation8+ years in product management within consumer products; fintech experience strongly preferred4+ years leading product managers or cross-functional product teamsProven track record driving measurable growth outcomes such as activation, retention, cross-sell, or lifetime valueExperience leading product-led growth initiatives, including experimentation, funnel optimization, or personalizationExperience scaling growth in a multi-product consumer platformStrong analytical fluency; comfort working directly with data and experimentation frameworks (SQL experience preferred)Experience partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data organizations to deliver product outcomesBonusBackground in consumer fintech, credit, or financial servicesExperience applying AI tools to improve product insight, experimentation, or team productivityWhat Makes Someone Successful HereYou take responsibility for outcomes, not just roadmaps.
