You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Atlan’s governance vision and strategy, designing intuitive and scalable governance frameworks, and driving innovative product solutions that empower teams to manage their data and AI assets effectively and responsibly.You will work at the intersection of customer empathy, product strategy, and engineering excellence to create a transformative impact on the way companies govern their data and AI ecosystems. This role emphasizes working with large, complex customers and addressing newer problem areas such as AI Governance, Policy, and Governance while driving business unit outcomes.What will you do? Set the Vision and Strategy:Develop and own the product vision and strategy for Atlan’s AI and Data Governance solutions.Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and data governance and translate them into actionable strategies for Atlan.Customer Empathy and Market Understanding:Partner closely with large and complex customers to deeply understand their AI and data governance challenges, workflows, and needs.Ensure customer-centricity in everything we build, from the smallest feature to the largest roadmap initiative.Drive the Product Roadmap:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to build, launch, and iterate on AI and data governance products that drive customer value.Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business objectives.Lead and Inspire Teams:Act as a thought leader and inspire teams by articulating a compelling vision for AI and Data Governance at Atlan.Mentor and guide product managers and other team members, ensuring their growth aligns with company goals.Metrics and Impact:Define success metrics for AI and data governance solutions and continuously measure their impact.Identify areas for improvement and drive actions to ensure the success of governance initiatives.What makes you a match for this role? Functional Expertise:Deep understanding of governance frameworks (e.g. policy management, Access control or/and compliance).
