Job Description:Responsibilities:Understanding of all media channels and experience coordinating across multiple media disciplines with a heavy focus on TV/CTV/Social/Digital8+ years of experience with upper funnel media awareness campaignsCoordinate with multi-channel teams to design modern, strategic and thoughtful integrated media plans across a myriad of awareness-based channels (TV, CTV, Video, Social, Programmatic and Audio)Comfort overseeing and communicating directly with clients on questions and media plansEvaluate timelines and manage daily deliverablesExperience analyzing competitive landscapes, pulling reports using agency tools and compiling insightsManage a large Media Budget and FlowchartGuide media channel selection and forward think on new opportunitiesQualifications8+ years of total experience in a large agency setting8+ years of media planning and buying experience in the TV, CTV, Social and digital landscape8+ years of experience with Media Ocean, DDS, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, Media Tools, Web Analytics, Ad Servers, Media Research tools3+ years of experience of leading multiple levels of direct reports in a large agency settingUnderstanding of planning sponsorship campaigns on a national levelExperience promoting collaborative relationships with other teamsComfortable working with budgets/numbers and an understanding of mathematical conceptsBilingual English/SpanishThe annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
