Our Director of Talent Acquisition, Tech will be responsible for the recruiting strategy for our Engineering and Product teams. You will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, partner with cross-functional People teams, and collaborate with leaders and hiring managers across the organization to meet the organization's hiring goals. In addition to overseeing the end-to-end process, you will also lead searches and own a set of requisitions. Whether leading the team or running a search, your responsibilities are to ensure we attract high-quality candidates while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and positive candidate experience.
