Director of Product Strategy, Remote

This leader will be responsible for supporting our broader product team in developing and enabling our product roadmap by deriving insights from internal analytics, the external digital health landscape (benchmarking, drawing insights from patient-facing healthcare, synthesizing key learnings from Medicare-focused players, identifying potential technology solutions), helping to form POVs on build vs. buy choices, developing stakeholder communications to support alignment and tradeoff decisions.The product development team at Aledade leads all technology development and integration across built and bought solutions. This role will report to the Director of Product, with close exposure to other senior leaders within Product, Design, Analytics, and Technology teams, and beyond.We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our offices in Durham, NC; Austin, TX; or Bethesda, MD. Primary Duties: Understand the Problem Space and early strategic optionsWorks with business, analytics, and design teams as well as product leadership to understand key cross-functional operational workflows, perform current state assessments, and identify gaps to address.Identify early strategic choices with partners within the organization and consider test risks and benefitsDrive Strategy, Communicate, and Propose Cross-functional SolutionsIn collaboration with business stakeholders and technology partners, devise strategies to de-risk key workflows.Identify relevant stakeholders and lead product forums with senior leaders in Product to gain buy-in, align plans, and make trade-off decisions between competing priorities.Align vision with functional leads and executive leadership to gain buy-in and commitment.Document strategic tradeoffs and decisionsCommunicate regularly with stakeholders, product leads, and executive leadershipPartner with Product Managers in ExecutionDistill product strategies into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects, taking ownership to maintain continuous alignment with broader business objectives and goalsMature Product Management OperationsPartner with the rest of the Product Strategy & Operations team toMaintain a perspective on broader Product Roadmap and articulate the impactIdentify high priority product areas that require support and strategic positioningSupport Product Managers in gathering insights in their product areas Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree10+ years experience in some combination of strategy consulting, internal strategy or planningExperience in Healthcare IndustryStrong strategic planning and analytical skillsAbility to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organizationHighly efficient in managing multiple concurrent diverse tasks and projectsThinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in DEI efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.) Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Master’s degree or other advanced degree(s) in business, health administration and/or public policy, or other relevant fields.Experience in or exposure to software development / digital product developmentExperience in digital health and/or value based careNice to have knowledge, skills, and/or abilitiesDemonstrated track record of effectively using data and analysis to support and champion a point of view, develop a business strategy, and/or get alignment on decisions across senior-level (VP+) stakeholdersAbility to make well-informed decisions about strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments and you’ll lead and motivate teams to deliver on the vision you’ve created Additional Information Who We Are:Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
