Key Responsibilities Define and Drive the Vision: Establish a clear vision for Generative AI (LLM) Product Experimentation at Indeed, aligning with the company's AI strategy and goals. Competitive Landscape Analysis: Collaborate with CorpDev and other internal strategy teams to understand the competitive landscape in HR Tech and inform the team's bets. Leadership and Team Management: Manage and grow a team of product managers, hiring exceptional talent and fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Roadmap Development and Execution: Build a roadmap and define execution strategies with the team, utilizing data, user research, and business priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and partnerships with people and teams across the company, aligning on strategy, vision, and execution. Metrics and Performance: Define metrics to measure the success of the features your team builds, driving velocity and adaptability. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience managing product managers, with a deep commitment to coaching, mentoring, and growing future leaders. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning platforms (especially LLMs), data infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms, preferably AWS. Strategic Thinking: Ability to set and articulate clear visions, make informed choices, and identify the bigger picture in terms of product direction and business goals. Collaboration and Communication: Proven relationship-building experience to engage with and influence various stakeholders, from developers to business directors. Adaptability and Drive: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and demonstrate a drive for velocity. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI: 1+ year of experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. Product Incubator Experience: Experience running a product incubator or having leadership roles in startups.
