Collaborate with our Delivery Activities group and cross-functional partners to understand, define, and prioritize high-impact projects and adapt to changing business needs and unique opportunities in the fulfillment space.
Develop and maintain your drive's item procedure and guide to support our Satisfaction objectives, prioritizing work insightfully, and communicating responsibilities and updates to your teams and partners on a continuous rhythm.
Lead and mentor multiple PMs as they drive their crews' execution by working closely with cross-functional partners.
Own the presentation (and measurement) of the group's item encounters, including effect on the business and our clients.
