Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and standards related to Medicare contracting controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and regulations.
Provide strategic guidance to the organization on matters related to Medicare contracting.
Stay current with changes in Medicare policies and guidelines and ensure that the organization adapts accordingly.
Lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a related field (Master degree preferred).
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Medicare compliance, contracting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines, policies, and standards.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable policies.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
