We are passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration, and we are looking for talented professionals who share our values.Position at a Glance • Location: Bristol, with some travel required • Compensation: Competitive salary of $26/hour • Position: Director of Live Sports Events - REMI and In-House Productions • Company: bolthires and ESPN • Start Date: Immediate openings availableKey Responsibilities As a Director of Live Sports Events, you will be responsible for: • Planning, directing, and executing live productions of remote and REMI live sporting events, properly documenting assigned events • Supervising the technical team for live event productions; providing direction, feedback, and development • Collaborating with remote operations to determine industry and user requirements for telecasts • Working with designers and organizers to determine the creative vision and technical direction of exhibitions and productions • Organizing and conducting meetings to develop production and performance plans as necessary • Making immediate decisions about images and sounds to be broadcast; converting data and information to determine camera parameters, features, and systems • Working with the production and project team to determine camera locations, planning and making required cuts, and building live elements with tapes and color schemes • Leading technical teams and remote staff assigned activities; conducting production and technical meetings to define employee roles and expectations for remote events • Collaborating with the crewing department to assign technical production teams for live events;
